How can use Gyro Offset Registers to abstract bias in MPU9250(6050)?

Hi
I know I have to use Gyro Offset Registers for abstract bias.
So I tried these registers are subtracted from the gyro sensor values before going into the sensor registers like writing manual.
But I couldn’t get desired results.
How can use Gyro Offset Registers to abstract bias in MPU9250(6050)?
