can iks01a3 be configiured with stm32wb55 board

I cannot verify that because I not have this hardware but theoretically yes.
According to pinout, the shield use only the I2C (PB_8 and PB_9) and some GPIO pins (D2-6 and A2-4), and according to the board pinout there is no conflict.
