I'm trying connect an application to a cloud and use that information to control stepper motors

I’m a beginner to stm32 and mbed and i want to connect an app im making to a cloud and use the information frm the app to control stepper motors. I’m using an STM32F401RE. Can someone please guide me on how to make this
