UDPSocket.sendTo() in an Ticker interrupt context

I still see delays between accepting a connection to reading the first bytes between 300ms to 3000ms.

I use EventQueue for TCP/UDP applications all the time. I have never seen such delays. Perhaps, sigio() doesn’t work the way you expect?
