On my second mbed account that I had difficulty logging into.
I tried a number of times and now my second account is blocked.
When I try to log in the following message is displayed:
“Your account has been blocked after multiple consecutive login attempts. We’ve sent you an email with instructions on how to unblock it.”
I did not receive any email.
Who should be contacted to resolve this problem?
According to our logs you have been able to log into the application since posting this message and your account shows as unblocked. Could you confirm if you are still having issues?

My problem is, that I am using a second account " k*n " which is “connected” to another e-mail account of me: " [ule)* "
So with k*n I have the “logon trouble”/ blocked account. It would be great, when you could send (me) instructions to [ule) what to do for reactivation of my kevman account.
