Actualy it’s impossible to export or import project in arm keil studio, it’s impossible to make a team.
Is this fonctionality arrive soon in arm keil studio ?
How can people want to change if this functionality no longer exists?

are you referring to Keil Studio Cloud? If that’s the case we actually have a functionality to import projects directly from the Online compiler (third entry from the top):
When it comes to teams, in Keil Studio Cloud we generally recommend to use Github for collaboration. On Github you can easily open a project to external collaborations or use a virtual organization.
If your use case is different, I’m very happy to discuss your specific case.
