How to configure project settings for ARM STM32F103RCT6 using mikroc PRO?

But Led_Blinking sample is 8times slower than it should be.

you really use it or it is an advertisement? You always come here and place a link (from same page) to a chip with a context but it not seems to be related to the Mbed.
