Error 0x80010130 pinmap not found for peripheral

Hello,
When i use can like “CAN can1(PE_2,PE_3);” under target DISCO-F429ZI, i obtained the message when running  Error 0x80010130 pinmap not found for peripheral
I’m sure PE_2 and PE_3 are free.
Thanks for advance
Didier

Hello,

I’m not sure if it is relevant but according to links bellow, these pins are not for the CAN.

Hello Jan,
But there are all connected.
It’s to say “no can with the eval board DISCO_F429ZI” ?
Thanks for advance
Didier

I don’t know what mean “D2” because the board has no arduino header, but pins PD_0 and PD_1 seems be free.
Also when you look to the graphical representation on the board page. There is a Pins Legend section.
You can see pins PD_0 and PD_1 are light blue. That mean they are not in a conflict, the dark blue are already used by another peripherals.

Hello Jan,
I use a shield that connect two CAN with PB_8,PB_9 or PB_5,PB_6.
I want to use this CAN
How to desactivate parts like lcd, sdram in mbed os ?
Thanks for advance

Hi,

I do not know hat shield you have but pins PB_8 and PB_9 are also free.

I do not know but you can check user manual of 32F429IDISCOVERY - documentation
