for load cells is usually necessary use external ADC with better accuracy than onborad 12bit ADC. For example HX711

yes i connect load cell to HX711 amplifier ,after that amplifier connect to nucleo F746ZG TX and Rx Pins ,but i am facing issue for uart communication between amplifier(HX711) and Nucleo. you can have any sample library or some programs.

Unfortunately, this chip does not have any serial comunication. It works just with Digital I/O.
