How to power F401RE with USB power bank

Hi,
I want to use USB power bank to run the F401RE board but not able to do. Can some one please help?

please provide more information about it.
How do you have the power bank connected to the Nucleo board? Normally over USB?

Usually these devices have a control of output current and when the discharge current is low the power bank take the output off.

yes I have connected the power bank via the CN1 (USB). Do I need to change any jumper settings?
