Is there a Linux driver available for the STM32 NUCLEO-F401RE board? Bought the board, but can’t find one.

I am not Linux user so I can not give you an exact answer but…
I suppose you probably mean drivers for on board ST-Link. So try to search a driver for the ST-link and not for Nucleo - stlink-org/stlink: Open source STM32 MCU programming toolset (github.com)
