How to specify an IDE build tool generator in CLI2?

The mbed migration guide from CLI1 to CLI2 says:

Repository management

The subcommand mbed-cli export (generate an IDE project) is deprecated. Use CMake generators instead. While CMake supports many generators, including many not supported by Mbed CLI 1, not all of Mbed CLI 1’s exporters have replacements available yet. The available project generators are listed below.

However, I couldn’t find any CLI2 command enabling to trigger an ID build tool generator.

The CMake commnad

cmake -S . -B ./cmake_build <build path> 'QtCreator - Ninja'

fails with

CMake Error: Could not create named generator QtCreator - Ninja

  • How can I specify an already available project generator (for example the Qt Creator) in CLI2?

  • Is there an undocumented CLI2 command?
