Is there a way to have multiple Bluetooth (LE) dongles on a Windows 10 PC which work in parallel?

I ve read that Windows 10 does not allow more than one usb Bluetooth dongle to be active. Is this correct? If so, it is a pitty. I m looking for a solution to stream multiple EEG sensors over Bluetooth (LE) to a PC. Unfortunately, this only works statisfiyingly with up to 4 EEG sensors. User reported with the Muse medatation headband which has Bluetooth and BLE transmittion, that when they used the Muse headband together with a headphone, there where distortions and problems with banwith.
