I am using Keil Studio and sometimes it goes offline and won’t compile. When this happens, I get the error message “The server crashed 5 times in 3 minutes”. Does anyone know how to solve this?

I was working on a motor control program at my company. I have confirmed that the server crashes and cannot compile intermittently from 9:00 to 18:00 Japan time.
However, I am able to compile on another PC in the same network environment. The account is different.
Also, I think this phenomenon started to occur on Monday 1/16 of this week.
Please let me know if there is any other information that I am missing or need to verify.
