Upon updating my LPC1768 with the latest firmware, the board is not working properly. LED1 is blinking alternating between 1 second intervals and 1/4 second intervals between blinks.
The .if file disappears from the windows file explorer after the power up sequence. The first few seconds after power up everything appears normal, but after a short while the mentioned blinking sequence appears.
I’m not sure but I think firmware update doesn’t clear the flash. Four LED1 long blinks followed by four short ones indicate system hardfault. It seems the last program you flashed the LPC1768 board with is faulty. Try to flash it with a fresh simple “blinky” program and see how it works.
