Mbed CLI installer and MBED OS 5.15

The new MBED OS seems to have a support for the latest GCC compiler and I was wondering if the installer of the MBED CLI would handle installing the right ARM GCC compiler and can I start building applications based on MBED OS 5.15 using mbed cli?
