Would be a nice feature to have for initial commits.

Hi @mumi32,

Unfortunately not at the moment. I however see that this feature may be useful. We will consider adding it in the future.

Until then the only thing I recommend is adding BUILD directory to your .gitignore or .hgignore. Mbed Studio does it at the moment automatically when you import a program using IDE.
