Using a custom board with a STM32F103C8T6 MCU?

Hi,

Can someone tell me if I can use Mbed OS on a custom board that has a [STM32F103C8T6] MCU?

How would I target this MCU specifically when working the the simulator?

I am very new to all of this so forgive my silly questions
