Using mbed OS with TI CC1310

It is possible to use TI CC1310 with mbed OS, 6LoWPAN stack and mbed Device Server to create a 6LoWPAN Network?

If not, what wireless mcu to use to create a 6LoWAN 868MHz network?

I’m interested in using a single-chip solution. What about silicon labs ​EZR32WG? Will it be supported in mbed os 3.0 ?
