Water level, PH and EC values

I’m new to MbedOS but really excited to try a project with it. I am coming up with a product for an automatic hydroponic gardening system.

What do you recommend for:
PH level water monitoring
Water tank level monitoring
EC levels in water

I also need to have a waterproof solution so the best board and housing recommendations would be appreciated.

You can search relevant modules on shopping website and refer to their manuals. Sorry but I didn’t have too much experience on this.
