Arduino Portenta H7 - Flashing mbed-os binary file with DFU tool not working

Hello,

I have been facing problems while evaluating simple blinky example in the arduino portenta H7,

We used the board definition of portenta h7 board from this github resource:

Produced the binary file from the mbed-os (mbed studio) for the target “PORTENTA-H7-M7” and loaded the binary file into the Portenta board through DFU tool. We flashed the Binary file successfully but the RGB led is not working as it was expected to glow.

While we investigated the same thing through Arduino ide, we set the BLUE led to blink after every 1 second and while programmed Portenta board through Arduino ide, it is working fabulously fine.

We would be really happy if you can help us with this. We appreciate your effort and will supply additional information if necessary in solving this problem.
