You might find the GitHub community more active: GitHub - Mbed-TLS/mbedtls: An open source, portable, easy to use, readable and flexible TLS library, and reference implementation of the PSA Cryptography API.. There is also a fairly active Stackoverflow tag for MbedTLS - Newest 'mbedtls' Questions - Stack Overflow.
