Thanks for sharing information I have check API list and block device section , seems it does not have support for parallel NOR FLASH and PSRAM memory in MbedOS. we are having NOR FLASH and PSRAM memory - parallel interface (23 bit address and16 bit data bus)

So if you were not able to find a fit block device then you also can not use the LittleFileSystem or any other one.

What would by a purpose od your memories? Do you want to use them as main flash and RAM or for increase the on-chip one?
