I’m concerned about the user experience for people that show up at Mbed.com.
This forum is not easy to navigate to, and the old forum still exists and is linked to.

Where is the OS, what is mbed, where can I ask questions etc.?

Firstly, we are working on consolidating forums.
As for OS, the overview tab in your screenshot should take you the latest release. Here are direct links for your convenience.

Questions/Forums - Old or new will work till we consolidate - Forum mbed | Mbed
