Newbie question about stm32 and mbed

Hi,

I’m looking various boards on mbed.com, and have question : if board based on stm32 is marked Mbed Enabled, I’m still enabled using it as usually with STM32CubeIDE? Mbed Enabled means it can be used, but it is not necessary?
