Update campaign problem

I’m new here and trying to do firmware updating. My update campaign keep stay at pending status.

this can happen when there is a server error or client messages that are not reaching service then it will get stuck in pending, can you retry the update.
Also, if it happens again can you post the logs.

Hello, my device successfully downloads the new firmware Image:

ADC temp:  23.1502 C,  vref: 0.3646 %
Firmware download requested
Authorization granted

However, it never reboots so that the boot loader can write the new Image…

Is this normal behavior?
