I still have an old version of yotta (0.15.2) on my Windows 10 machine. How can I completely delete this one?

the windows yotta installer installs to c:\yotta. Simply delete this folder and it will be completely removed from your system. If you want to use a new version simply re-run the installer and it will update it for you.
