My Nucleo F411RE works on other laptops that have mbed on my laptop it cant connect mbed, it just gets powered

your description does not make sense to me. Mbed runs on your Nucleo an not on your laptop. Your laptop needs some drivers for ST-Link and a build tool - desktop or cloud solution (Mbed Studio or Keil Studio Cloud).

According to your picture you are running MbedStudio on Windows 11.
Did you install the driver for ST-link?
Did you update ST-Link’s firmware?
