Yotta login or install gets errors

Hi all,

recent days I install yotta to another PC(win7), when I want to login my account in yotta, it gets an error message,
or I try to add a k64f target, it shows the error too.

then I try to find out the solution to these issue, and there is the same issue in the linux,

the solution in linux is sync the system time then the issue just solved, but I try to use the same way to solve the issue in win7, it looks like no use.

so, has there some new solution to solve this issue?

The solution is: modify the system time manually(without sync), then the function would be work.
